Delivery Information

We put the same care and attention to detail in the packing of our cakes as we do in the baking and we do everthing to ensure your tasty goodies arrive in the same pristine condition as when they left our bakery.

 To ensure the best possible service, we use a fully traceable courier service for the majority of our orders. We feel that this offers our products the best possible safety whilst in transit.

Your order will arrive within 2-3 working days. At very busy periods, it may be a little longer, but you can of course phone us and we will give you an exact posting date (this is helpful if you are buying a cake for a special event such as a birthday or anniversary).

It is important that the correct postcode is given for the delivery address.  If you're unsure of the postcode, you can call Royal Mail on this local-rate number, 08457 111222 between 9am and 5pm, or visit their website at www.royalmail.com.

We are only able to send selected items overseas. Carriage charges vary for overseas deliveries. Country Farm Cakes cannot be held responsible should local customs authorites confiscate any item or charge any import duty.

Delivery Charges

UK Deliveries

Standard delivery postage and packing is £6.50 per order to one UK address regardless of how many cakes you order up to 30 kg in weight.

First Class guaranteed next day delivery is £8.65 per order to one UK address, (perfect for last minute gifts or when the date has to be specified), excluding Saturday delivery.  Please note this service is not available for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or the Republic of Ireland.

For guaranteed next day delivery, please order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.  Next day deliveries ordered on a Friday, will be delivered on the following Monday.

European Deliveries

Please note, we are only able to send selected products overseas. Carriage prices vary for overseas deliveries and restrictions apply for some countries. Country Farm Cakes cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities confiscate any items or charge any import duty.

All prices for overseas p&p are standard Royal Mail airmail rates.

For European deliveries the rate paid is £8.65 for 3 - 5 working days.

International Deliveries

We are only able to send selected products overseas. Carriage prices vary for overseas deliveries and restrictions apply for some countries. Country Farm Cakes cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities confiscate any items or charge any import duty. Please be aware that for all parcels entering the US via a courier service, the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) impose a customs clearance fee of $20.75 which is payable at the point of delivery by the recipient. This is not a pre-payable charge and cannot be paid up front by the customer when placing the order with us.

 BFPO Addresses

 We can only accept orders for BFPO addresses by telephone. If you wish to have an order sent to a BFPO address, please contact our customer services on +44 (0) 1403 741466 and we will be very happy to oblige. We cannot take orders for BFPO addresses online.

 P.O. Boxes

 We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

General Delivery Information

 Couriered deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and require a signature on receipt. If no one is at home, a card will be left and the courier will attempt re delivery the next working day.

 If you need us to deliver on a specific date, please call the Country Farm Cakes bakery on 01403 741466. There will be an additional charge for this service.

 First Class guaranteed delivery will be delivered by 1pm the next working day following the day of order. All odrers for this service must be placed by 12 noon Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered 2 days later before 1pm.
