Kentish Harvest Cake

We have created this recipe to celebrate the annual harvest in the Garden of England. Hazelnuts and plump sultanas are steeped in strong Cider to give you with a moist rich taste, our way of saluting the autumn harvest of Kent’s finest produce. The cider we use is from The Biddenden Orchard in Kent. It is a strong raw pressed cider that beautifully evokes the aromatic sweetness of late summer in the apple orchards.

 

Dimensions: 4 or 6 inches

 

Ingredients: This luxury fruit cake has been handmade with the following fine ingredients; English butter, local free range eggs, Biddenden Cider Strong Kentish Cider, golden cane sugar, hazelnuts and spices.
